The practical Planka front-extending tables are recommended for anyone who likes to entertain large groups of guests or celebrate larger parties, but still wants to enjoy the space and comfort of their patio or balcony. The solid, yet elegant and modern character of the Planka front-extending tables will bring you joy in small groups as well as in larger gatherings. The medium version can be extended from a 180 cm long "6-seater" to a length of 250 cm and then offers maximum space for up to 12 people. The next larger version can be extended from 210 cm to 310 cm and then offers 12 to 14 seats. Finally, the "smallest" version, with a length of 160 cm, can be used as a compact "4-seater" in everyday life, and when the table is extended to 230 cm, it can accommodate 8 to 10 guests. And because the Planka front-extending tables have two smooth-running castors under the table legs at the head end, the transformation from a compact family table to a large celebration table takes only a few seconds and is child's play.
The Planka table series is a development based on the existing Zilart series. Planks made of 100% certified teak from sustainable plantations are carefully assembled into solid, extra-wide teak planks. The wood structure is brought out in a complex brushing process. This results in the expressive appearance and individual character of the Planka tables. The sturdy table frames are made of high-quality stainless steel. The tables are 100% weatherproof and can be left outdoors in all weather conditions, even in winter.
All Planka tables feature extra-wide tabletop planks. This makes them look more like a "normal" dining table than a typical garden table. The two outer planks are over 30 cm wide, allowing even large underplates to rest securely on them.
The Planka tables not only complement the natural, brushed Zilart stacking chairs and high-back chairs, but also create beautiful dining sets when combined with our Makan, Alzette, or Fides chairs. So, there's a perfect combination for every taste.
