Teakoutlet uses high-quality materials
– solid plantation teak and brass – and carefully crafts these into durable garden furniture.
We therefore offer a special two-year warranty on all teak furniture. This covers all defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship under normal use. We provide a two-year warranty on all other items, particularly items made of textiles or their textile components (e.g., umbrella covers). Special conditions or exceptions to this warranty may apply to certain items intended for commercial use or for use by the general public; please contact us for details.
The 4-year after-sales guarantee
Teakoutlet has no "seasonal goods"
Since we don't have any seasonal items in our range, we also offer a four-year availability guarantee for all furniture, including the entire product range. This means you can easily purchase additional chairs, benches, tables, cushions, etc. later—that's what we call true sustainability.
