Wood for outdoor use must be weatherproof and weather-resistant and last longer than just a few years or even just one season. It is therefore all the more important to use the right wood to avoid disappointment. Teak is considered a classic, particularly high-quality outdoor wood, impressing with its weather and weather resistance. Neither snow, ice nor rain can harm our teak tiles. Under the influence of the weather, the wood develops a noble gray patina without losing its stability or valuable appearance. The graying can be counteracted by using appropriate care products. Our teak tiles in the format 30 cm x 30 cm have a substructure made of weatherproof plastic and are set with thick 2 cm high teak squares that can also be sanded several times. The 9 individually screwed teak squares can be easily replaced with new teak squares if necessary. Thanks to the plastic substructure, the teak squares do not come into contact with standing water, and at the same time, rainwater can drain away easily.

The tiles can be connected in no time to create a wooden floor of almost any size and are also suitable for balconies, roof terraces and conservatories, as they can be adapted relatively easily to the dimensions of the floor space.

The teak tiles are connected to each other using a simple click-and-snap system and laid "floating" on the existing floor. This allows you to bring the look of a classic wooden deck to your terrace with relatively little effort – an ingeniously simple solution, for example, to cover the old concrete slabs on a house's terrace. If your balcony already has a level surface, such as concrete or stone tiles, no further pre-treatment is necessary. Larger unevenness must be leveled before laying the tiles.

The teak wood used comes from sustainable forestry in Indonesia and therefore carries the Indonesian Legal Wood certificate LVLK .
